No, they are both working as well, I wondered with all this rain some damp was causing a problem ??

I doubt if its damp as this would cause more current to flow whereas a bulb failure is less (no) current.

Have you checked the front sidelights really well, I find them difficult to see.

Another possibility is that a bulb is failing, I get this often on my Volvo, a few days before a bulb fails I start to get warnings. I think its accidental but useful all the same.

Another possibility is a bad connection in one of the bulb holders which will increase resistance and reduce current. Might be worth taking each bulb out and checking the base and socket for corrosion or a weak contact. This one may be related to the damp weather.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence and pretend you never tried

If you are going to change one, you may as well do them all in that cluster.

This post has the lamp for the rear clusters C3 Rear Light Cluster Removal (for Replacing Blown Lamps)

and the number plate lights Replacing lamps in the C3 rear number plate lights

and this one has information on the front ones
C3 Headlamp bulb changing - some photos

and if you are changing front lamps, have a look at this one too ;)

Well the message hasn't come up since Thursday, I did notice the service 'spanner' had been flashing and I reset that, I got a few bulbs this morning just in case..
