Hi all,
I have 07 plate C3, when you take the driver's seatbelt off, it's very slow to retract.
Its also a little 'limp' and has slack when you're actually wearing the seatbelt, but you can pull it taught.
I tried giving it a good clean, but no luck. Any ideas?
Cheers

You can check the webbing is not dragging on any of the plastics as the seatbelt disappears into the hidden reel. You can listen for a rubbing sound as you pull the seat belt out.
But if it's not being trapped then you will end up changing the whole reel

One of my rears does the same as yours and it's just worn out, retracts slowly, gets trapped in the door sometimes.
I have yet to change it for another because of the work involved Vs the problems it gives.
