As above, is it possible to remove the cylinder head on a 2002 1.4 hdi 8v c3 whilst leaving the engine in the car?

I have valve stem seals that need replacing :(

Yes, it is.

But, with that many miles, are there other jobs that need doing at the same time, or very soon anyway?
