Hi, I've a 2011 C3 Picasso recently experiencing A LOT of water getting into the car.
The scuttle drains below the windscreen are not blocked and the water is not getting in here.
I have placed a top cover over the car and this leaves the scuttle exposed but no further water getting in.
The water seems to be getting in at the top of the windscreen where the screen meets the curved quarter-light glass, perhaps the seal has failed.
can anyone please help and explain to me in words of one syllable (or less) how I might resolve this? (I'm no car mechanic, but quite practical)
I've considered removing the seal and using Sikaflex to seal it up, just don't know how the seal is to be removed.
Thank you in advance
Dunk

Hi Dunk

There is a recall on C3 Picasso for 'windscreen trim may detach'

It may be worth checking with a citroen dealer to make sure your VIN is not affected before attempting any repairs yourself if they are connected.

Ok, thanks c3car for the post, but there's no recall outstanding on the vehicle at present.

Is there anyone who can possibly tell me how to remove the trim between windscreen and quarter light, without damaging it, so I can see where the water is getting in?

Thanks in advance

Can you take a picture and attach it following these instructions of the parts in question.
