Hi Everyone,

Our C3 Picasso 13 plate has started to make a strange noise on the passenger side when the central locking is activated, could this be a sign the motor is on it's way out? or does it just need a squirt of lubricant?

It seems to be working ok at the moment as the doors are locking and opening as normal except this strange whirring sound.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi RogerA. Lubricating is not normally possible with the C3 door soleniod packs, I see the Picasso as no different.

This is the C3 door lock solenoid buzzing as it fails.






You can see what the door solenoid pack looks like in these ebay listings for them.
