Hello guys, i recently bought an c3 2004 hdi
Exclusive and since the my central locking dosent work from the key fob, but it works from the lock barell. I read some post here but none of them work for me. I've tryed the key sinc, i've searched for the alarm module under the stearing wheel and the siren under the windshild wipers. Also i bought lexia becouse i thought that is an esp thing if it helps there isn any comunication with the alarm module. If you have any expereance please shere it. English isn't my first language sorry.

Use lexia to look at BSI for the remote locking.
Don't look at the alarm on lexia for remote locking.
The first checks for key fob remote locking is to check the battery in the fob and check the buttons are ok. An auto locksmith can check the fob will output a signal. But if you have lexia, then you can check for fob communication there too.

You have 3 keys programmed to the car but only two are paired for the remote locking.
Do you have 3 keys for the car?
Try the other key (you should have 2) and monitor the parameters a you operate the remote lock/unlock.
If you only have one key, I would dig out the confidential key card:
and then follow the key programming sequence for the key you have. You can find it in lexia but you need the key card (shown above) and the secret code (03114)

2 remote keys tested by the locksmith are OK
Neither of the 2 keys show up as working on lexia , no communication between the Keys and the BSI.
I would suspect the COM2000 may be faulty because this takes the signal from the key and sends it to the BSI.
Of course the BSI could be faulty too, but this is less common.
Thinking of the COM200,
Do the keys unlock/lock when the key is inside the car, near the ignition barrel?
