The Citroen C3 wheel bolt torques given in the table are in N.m units (newton-metre) which can be found on a Torque wrench (available here).

Citroen technical documentation often gives torque settings in m.daN (Deca Newton Meter) which can be converted to N.m by multiplying the m.daN by 10.
