The tailgate handle is held in place by 4 nuts and 2 clips on the outer edges.

Don'y worry about the clips, just remove the 4 nuts after pulling off the grey plastic boot cover.


There are no screws in the grey rear wiper motor cover, just clips that need a good pull or possibly a lever to move the cover.

Note the 4 inner studs and the two outer clips.

You just need to remove the 4 nuts from the studs.

The studs in the handle are not fixed in place and will fall out after you have removed the handle.

Two of the bolts are easily visible and not difficult to remove.

Two of the bolts are only accessible with a socket through the access hole.
