Sun Visor won't stay put - the fix

When the drivers side sun visor refuses to stay put it may be due to some broken plastic part.

You can pick up the whole sun visor assembly on ebay for about £25, or fix the old one for much less.

The fix, some superglue and a cable tie done up nice and tight. Its a bit tricky to get the modified holder back into the hole in the roof of the car, but it is possible with a bit of a manipulation. Be careful not to knock the cable tie off.
