How to remove the speedo on a Citroen C3 2002 to 2009?

The binnacle cowl is only clipped in place, there are no screws to undo.

Just pull the top of the plastic towards you to disengage the clips.

With the top part removed the bottom part will now also disengage its clips.

You can then remove the cowl to reveal 3 torx screws that need to be removed.

There is also an electrical connector clipped to the speedo. The Citroen C3 speedo teardwn topic is here

Refitting:
Attach the electrical connector, fit the torx screws.
Refit the bottom clips first then just push the top away from you and it will pop into place.

If you fit a different speedo (from a different car) the mileage will adjust to the higher of the two, the original (as stored in he BSI or the donor speedo).
