Maximum weight on the roof rack of the Citroen C3 2002 to 2009 is 60Kg.
This is the maximum that Citroen say you can put on the roof.
Your roof bars will have to at least match if not exceed that rating.
Loading the roof evenly with the greatest mass at the lowest point and as central as possible will help with road holding, particularly cornering but also braking.
Keeping whatever on the roof firmly secured is an important safety consideration.
