The post heating relay (pre/post or glow plug relay) is located behind the NS headlight.
You can remove the headlight to access the relay.
If you change the relay, change all the post heaters because a bad relay can damage the plugs and a bad plug can damage the relay.
The post heating is not often used and won't necessarily help with a non starter - understand the high pressure common rail diesel engine.
