The Old Citroen C3.

This is a first phase model from 16 October 2002.

Still going strong, although the paint, clear coat is showing its age.

It's 1.4 16v Delphi common rail fuel system was ahead of its time.

Alarm and cruise control eh? Not available in AUS!

However I have seen a very rare number that have reversing sensors. I don't know which idiot gets to chose the options we get here.

I am looking for an even rarer MODUBOARD. Wont find one in the antipodes though. :D

Are they recent photos or "the proud father day"?

The Exclusive model, they stuck on all the bits they could find (at the time)

(no reverse parking sensors)

The car was purchased used in 2008, top picture was 2019 and the bottom one in 2016.

The Moduboard should have been a standard feature. When you get one with all the bells and whistles, it's difficult to imagine having a car without them

I think the C3 did well in AUS. I certainly saw more C3's than C2's.
I also like the pre-facelift interior. IMHO the facelift interior doesn't convey the "bubbly" and "fun" look of the exterior. It seems too serious and functional. You can tell it's a German design!
