I have just joined on here, Hello!
Getting my new C3 in March 2017 and hoping for some info/tips/advice in the future about the new model.
I set up my account on here using information about my old C3 because the 2017 model is not listed yet?

I do hope you won't need our help. Being brand new you shouldn't have any problems but if you do, I would suggest the dealer that dealer that sold it to you would be the first stop.
Hopefully you will be around to answer questions about the new model, because as fas as I know, no other member has one... yet

When it arrives, you are welcome to add pictures of the interior and exterior please

A 'how to' attach images to the forum is here.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel

I'm pretty happy with my new model C3 - Flair Puretech 82 in Shark Grey with a Red roof, Urban Red Ambiance trim and Black alloys. My neighbours teenage son has just told me it's a "Cool" car! It was the first new C3 sold by my dealer.
Only problem so far (after 4 weeks) is with the display randomly changing to KPH. I see from the problems thread that someone else has the same issue so I guess it's a software bug.
Dealer has now confirmed it is a know software bug for which they have a fix.

Hi,
I have the new C3 Flair what I'm very happy with it but I have experienced problems to update the maps and firmware.
Citroen has send a link that is TAR extension after extracted the files and put in the usb when I connect it in the car it does not recognise and say that don't have any file.
Any ideas how to make it works?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Roger77
Based on my experience with other systems I'd say try not 'unpacking' the file.

If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence and pretend you never tried

I know this is an older thread but I have often found issues like this where you cannot load a file or the usb stick is not recognised is due to the usb stick having the wrong file format. Make sure the stick is formated to FAT32 and not NTFS or any other file systems such as EXT3 OR 4. From the description of your issue it is not clear to me whether the USB stick is not recognised or that just the TAR file cannot be found on the stick. Any way, just wanted to post this in case it helps someone. But I hope by now you have solved your issue.
