I wouldn't bother cleaning the EGR valve until it causes problems, should be good for many more Km yet...
Same for the injectors - if they are working well then leave them alone !
Just service it at the reccomended intervals, checking the required items.
My C3 1.4HDI 16v has just covered 115,000 miles (approx 170,000 Km) without major issues

The translation program makes me smile
