Citroen C3 Owners

Some Citroen C3s are equipped with a bluetooth compatible radio that allow for connection to a mobile phone to make calls and use the phones name/number directory.

Prior to any operation :

• Your display should be lit up (Ignition key in the position 'M')
• Your telephones' Bluetooth system must be activated!
• Paring can only be achieved with the ignition on, but the engine not running.

To PAIR a phone (later models):

Press MENU on the radio,

In the menu, select:

• Bluetooth telephone function - Audio
• Bluetooth configuration
• Perform a Bluetooth search

Your phones BT name will be displayed on the car screen, accept the name.

Enter a 4 digit code on the radio, then enter the same code into the phone when prompted

Your Phone should now be Paired with your C3.


If that failed, try this: (earlier models)

With your phone, search for a new Bluetooth pairing,

Select 'CITROEN' on your phones display.

On the Radio, use the UP/DOWN navi-circle to find a free memory (1 of the 4)

Press OK on the navi-circle to save the pair

Enter the code 1234 into the Phone when prompted

Your Phone and C3 should now be Bluetooth Paired.



Use OK on the navi-circle to answer an incoming call when paired.

Awesome! Will try it out, ASAP! Thanks for this thread. My c3 is from 2006. Does it depend on (A) the radio model itself or does it depend on (B) the on-board computer if I'll be able to pair phone? I mean, could it be that with my current radio I can't pair, but if I purchase another radio then I would be able to pair? Or does it solely depend on the car model/year and on the on-board computer?

Yes, its all to do with the radio. If its not a bluetooth radio it won't pair and if its not a Citroen BT radio, the instructions won't be relevant.

If you buy a radio that has bluetooth you can pair.
