If you remote unlock and don't open a door, it should lock itself. But if you have opened a door or the boot, it won't lock itself. Well, that's what mine did.

Thanks for updating us on your problem and a photo of the solution.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)

I did some tests and it behaves exactly as you described.

If anyone is going to look at my pictures of "pin 4-7 swap" I should note that I did insulate the join before inserting the radio back in to the car.

Hey, I read through this thread as it applies greatly to me

There was a mention of how to make it work conventionally with an 'electric box'

Anyone have any idea of where to find one, or which I would specifically need

Its depends on various things like which stereo and if you have steering wheel controls, but browse through the listings on this link : connects 2 to find one that fits your year of car, make of stereo and if you have steering wheel controls for the radio.
