Mirror link not working

Audio, ICE, Speakers, Head Unit, CD, CD Multi changer. If you have a question about any Citroen C3 related Audio, then this is the place.

Please indicate if there is a Citroen CD multi-changer, drawer or cubby under the CD/Radio, if there is the Navigation unit, CD or Radio options.

Just got a 16 plate c3 platinum, it has mirror link but does not seem to want to link to my phone for that to work , any suggestions? Got a new cable

Do you have an approved/compatible phone?
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)

Are you sure it is compatible? I had a 2016 Platinum and that wasn't compatible.

I have a Samsung phone which connects to our 2019 car. It connects Android Auto, but my phone doesn't have a Mirror Link option. As far as I can make out, you cannot download Mirror Link onto a phone.
