On a 2002 right hand drive, there is a rubber grommet that isn't used. I don't know if it is there on a 2007 or used on the left hand drive, but its worth a look.

The grommet can be seen just behind the EGR pipe connection (on the opposite side from the battery)

another suggestion is to see if the 2007 has this wire:
C3 amp power bulkhead grommet
C3 amp power bulkhead grommet
The grommet is attached to the bulkhead/firewall and runs into the passenger compartment from the engine bay. You can follow this wire and run your new amplifier power parallel to it. This grommet is on the battery side of the car.

Sorry, I don't have any 2007 specific information, but hopefully it may have give you some new ideas. Good Luck :)

Hi
Is there any chance of any more photos/explanations as to where these two grommets/access points are???

I have a Citroen C3 2004 but cannot find the two access points mentioned, I can't find any actually. I do not want to drill any holes as this is a recipe for disaster and to be honest, the firewall would no longer act as a fire wall if I ended up drilling holes into it.

I am trying or will be trying, to fit a sub/amp and the power cable needs to connect to the battery from the boot. Of which, I am going to have to change the terminal, as currently it is a quick release terminal (AKA ballache terminal), which has no secure way of letting me have the power cable attached to the battery.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is what I can see from engine bay and an image if the quick release battery terminal that I am going to have to remove or splice a spade connector down the slack of it.

And lastly few images of my c3

Thanks for the pictures, shame about the rear light

These are some better images showing the grommets in context to the engine bay.

The first one is on the drivers side.
grommet location on citroen C3 firewall for ice install - possible.

The second one is by the battery. If you look on the car at that grommet, you should be able to follow a green (ish) wire towards the passenger compartment. I think this wire goes to the BSI.

If you remove the black plastic trim that I have marked with an arrow, hopefully it will give you a better view of where the green (ish) wire goes to, you should be able to follow this with your power wire.

Oh, how about a new light cluster, this is from a 2006 - the facelift.

and this one is pre 2006 rear light cluster unit for the C3.

Thanks. Yeah I had already ordered a new tail light off of eBay for 20 quid including the bulb holders. That's now been fitted. Just want to say thanks for all the effort in helping me out, especially with all the images and that. Thanks loads I hope in can return the favour sometime. I am going to put up a new post on what I did to get sub/amp fitted and working.

I searched for all the points under the bonnet that you mentioned above with the relevant images but there wasn't anything. Here are some photos of the locations on my Citroen where you thought there would be a grommet or a way through to the foot wells.
