Help! aftermarket head unit, now the key fob is playing up

Audio, ICE, Speakers, Head Unit, CD, CD Multi changer. If you have a question about any Citroen C3 related Audio, then this is the place.

Fitted an aftermarket head unit yesterday and now the key fob is playing up :-(
Ive attached a pic of the same prob i now have please help :-(

Your stereo was not fitted correctly.

Wires on Pins 4 and 7 of the ISO power plug need to be switched over to make the aftermarket stereo compatible with the Citroen C3 wiring.

So unplug them and switch them around?

Thank you for the welcome, will prob be on a lot as theres buttons i dint even understand on my lil sid lol

Yes, this is possible but not very easy, its very fiddly and you need to know what you are looking for.

Most people would just cut the wires and crimp join them (link).

My only concern is that if you couldn't fit he stereo yourself, you probably wouldn't get involved in cutting and rejoining the wires as this is the most difficult bit when it comes to fitting a stereo.

The crimp join them (link) has a list of tools and a youtube video on how to cut and crimp wires.
