Grid Lines Missing from '15 Citroen C3 Reverse Camera

Hi guys,

I have a 2015 Citroen C3. After a mechanic upgraded the firmware of the touch screen tablet, my reversing camera now has no 'lines'. By that I mean it used to have a grid that was overlaid on the reversing camera video to show how close you were - this is no longer there. Can I enable this myself or does it require some special gear? My dealership are quoting £160 just to take a look! Surely something so simple as enabling the lines can't be that hard? Can anyone impart their wisdom? Thanks in advance.
