Hi all,
I have the standard BT radio in my 62 plate Picasso and when I make a call the person on the other end gets an echo of their own voice. I have tested my phone in another car with the same bluetooth radio so the problem must be with my car and not my phone.
After a bit of research I can see that it is probably in need of a software upgrade, my local dealer wants £55 to do the diagnostic check then probably charge for the update as well so I'm wondering if any one has a link to the firmware that I can download? or advice onwhat to do.
Thanks.

Hi twampy

I've no specific knowledge of your radio however from my experience with other Bluetooth systems, there's often a setting for echo cancellation. The first thing I'd do is have a look for any settings you may be able to change yourself in the radio.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence and pretend you never tried
