I am replacing the original Clarion head unit with a Pure Highway DAB hs270 unit.
My current set up is an original (15+ years old) Pure Highway adapter unit with a magnetic DAB aerial. The main problems are frequent interference and having to put the aerial on the roof to listen to the radio. not practical whilst driving.
My previous experience with a glass mounted antenna has put me off that option. I would like to use a splitter lead to use the existing aerial.
Has anyone else tried this setup?

You will need to ensure you have the correct adaptor for the ISO plugs because 4 and 7 of the power side are switched on the C3 so they differ from the ISO standard.foul-ole-ron wrote:I am replacing the original Clarion head unit with a Pure Highway DAB hs270 unit.
I have not tried this, you may have to try it and report back. I don't see any word of it in the forum.foul-ole-ron wrote:I would like to use a splitter lead to use the existing aerial.

The radio is fitted, picked up a harness adapter from Halfords for a whole £7 and found a local auto electrician to fit it with an active DAB aerial. Works fine
