I know it isnt 100% the answer you are looking for, but if you are unable to find the exact plug in, why not just buy a whole new unit.
Then you can take the center console out, solder in the two new connectors, and just replace the whole unit?

Just an idea if you are unable to find the exact match.

That it just one that I quickly searched for. Other option is contact Citroen and ask?
Hope this is some help

you could maybe just use crimp connectors.
If I dont want to be soldering in awkward spots and it is more suitable I just use crimp butt connectors and a crimping tool.
I can send you some links for those if you would like.
It is much easier, snip the wires, strip back a few mm of insulation, crimp the connector on, and repeat with the new device?
1000 of youtube videos, again if this sounds like somthing you would like to try, let me know and I shall send all the links. =)

I have been advised to use the tool as pliers do not fully crimp the connector. I am sure pliers would work ok, but if your ever going to do more, then I would advise getting the tool. Also if you get the tool you get a small pack of connectors. So no need to purchase any other connectors! :)
Hope all this helps.

That ebay crimp tool that Mike suggested is the only tool to use. There are some cheaper, non ratchet ones out there that don't make a very good crimp and pliers don't make the right indentation on the crimp connector.

For an early model car,

The wire colours for the cigarette lighter
Green/Yellow - earth
White - 12v supplied by a 30A fuse
Pink - 12v low power switched by BSI for light

The power socket is similar,
Green/Yellow - earth
White - 12V supplied by the SAME 30A fuse
Grey - 12v low power for switched by BSI for the light

If you have trouble matching the colours, the light will have a thinner cable, where as the power for the lighter or power outlet will have a much fatter cable. I can see green/yellow in your picture which is earthed.
