Can't change album from C3 screen

Have paired it with my Samsung Galaxy S8 with no issues, and has permissions set for phone audio, media audio, and contact sharing. The one thing I cannot figure out how to do is to change album/artist/playlist etc from the car screen. I'm assuming this is something I should be able to do? I can change/set radio stations easily using the "list" button, but if I press"list" while playing via bluetooth it comes up with the message "button not available".

Have also noticed that the "my citreon" app doesn't seem to be updating after journeys, even if I open it after starting the car. Does anyone know if I'm just being a numpty and missing something obvious, or is it that my stereo isn't capable of changing album/artist/playlist from the car? Or do you think there is a bluetooth issue so that the car isn't fully commuinicating with my phone?

No, gave up trying in the end. As my model is such a basic one, I'm now assuming that you're not able to control much from the car itself. My workaround is using playlists on my phone and streaming to the car which works fine.
