Hi,

Have just got a new C3 1.2 PureTech 68 EU6 Touch. It has the basic Monochrome Screen C (not touch screen). Have paired it with my Samsung Galaxy S8 with no issues, and has permissions set for phone audio, media audio, and contact sharing. Phone works fine, contacts are synced, and plays music great from my phone using Google Play.
The one thing I cannot figure out how to do is to change album/artist/playlist etc from the car screen. I'm assuming this is something I should be able to do? I can change/set radio stations easily using the "list" button, but if I press"list" while playing via bluetooth it comes up with the message "button not available".

Have also noticed that the "my citreon" app doesn't seem to be updating after journeys, even if I open it after starting the car. Does anyone know if I'm just being a numpty and missing something obvious, or is it that my stereo isn't capable of changing album/artist/playlist from the car? Or do you think there is a bluetooth issue so that the car isn't fully commuinicating with my phone?

Thanks for reading and appreciate any help,
Ian

Hi Ian, did you ever get to the bottom of this?

Firmware upgrades to the audio system by the dealer often cure those annoying niggles.

Hi Arfur,

No, gave up trying in the end. As my model is such a basic one, I'm now assuming that you're not able to control much from the car itself. My workaround is using playlists on my phone and streaming to the car which works fine.
