Hi hope someone can help as I am getting really frustrated
I have a 2013 c3 Picasso I have just bought , I was trying to connect my iPhone to the car via Bluetooth following the instructions in the manual by searching from the car and putting the code into the car but the request never appears on the iPhone , I have tried this with 3 iPhones and all the same. I can get the iPhone to pair going the other way by searching from the iPhone and doing a pairing request that way. All then works fine but when I stop the car and turn off the ignition when I start back up the phone will not automatically reconnect to the car it's like the car has forgotten the paired items and I have to go through the pairing again. Please help if you have any ideas

iPhone are odd things for bluetooth. Try a different type of phone to see if its an iphone or a citroen issue.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)
