I was lucky to pick up my C3 diesel VTR+ a couple of days after getting a new iPhone 5. I was then disappointed to discover that the car did not recognise my iPhone via the USB AUX.
I assume that as the new iPhone comes with the new lightning cable, the car system does not yet recognise it. Have any owners experienced similar issues in the past and do Citroen ever release updates to cover these matters?
I can still use the 3.5mm audio jack for playing my music but it would be nice to control the player via the controls.

Hi bob_sixer
You could blue-tooth connect the phone to the car to remove the need for cable incompatibility. It would be worth trying an older iPhone or some other USB MP3 player in your USB port to see that it works ok.
There is a Lightning USB Data Sync & Charger Cable for Apple iPhone 5 due for release soon, so I guess the lightning cable is a bit of a problem for some USB connections.
