Dear Citroen C3 owners,
I have a 2010 model with a built in radio and an aux input between the front seats.
When I plug my aux cable to my phone and input (both cable and phone works perfectly fine), the phone recognize that an 'headset' is connected, but the radio doesn't.
I can't find an option to switch to aux mode. I've pressed 'source' (which switches to cd mode but not to aux) and I've also tried to hold it for a few seconds but it also didn't work.
I've tried to press any button and search for any settings but none have worked yet.
I need your help!
aux doesn't work

Hi yuval9450
Connect the portable device (MP3/WMA player...) to the auxiliary JACK socket or to the suitable audio cable
Press the MUSIC button then press it again or select the Music Menu function and press the dial to confirm.
Select the "External device" function and press the dial to activate it.
Select the AUX music source and press the dial to confirm. Play begins automatically.
Note:
The display and management of the controls is via the portable device.
The manual says:yuval9450 wrote:When I plug my aux cable to my phone and input (both cable and phone works perfectly fine), the phone recognize that an 'headset' is connected, but the radio doesn't.

But my radio looks differently (see attached image).
I have found the manual online and had seen how to switch to aux mode, but it didn't work.
I've read online that Citroen might have not enabled the aux option in the car's computer (which explains why I don't even have the aux mode in my options).
I will go to their garage and I will ask them to enable it.

I wasn't aware that your type of radio had an AUX input without the USB BOX option. It will be interesting to find out if the dealer can enable it for you.yuval9450 wrote:I've read online that Citroen might have not enabled the aux option in the car's computer (which explains why I don't even have the aux mode in my options).
