Hello everyone,
Nice to see that this type of comunity works and that real problems are solved via answers from here.
My actual problem is that my media does not work after starting the car. Dashboard works fine, but there is no lights on the media, only black.
Does this happen to anyone and how did you solve it?
Thanks in advance,
Danilo.

It sounds like there is no power to it.
Check the fuses in the BSI for a blown one.
I don't have a fuse box diagram to your model to hand, so it will be just a case of checking every fuse is ok (remove it and test it) .

I must admit that I have no answer, but we should all be worried about these "screen" based Media/Navigation/Controls systems. Can you just imagine the havoc that would happen if a Tesla screen was blank as absolutely everything is controlled through it.
I hope you get your blank screen fixed, as it is still under warranty? Please let us know what the dealer fix is/was for the rest of us.
