Please forgive me as I’m completely useless with cars I’ve a Citreon c3 2014. My car radio has completely stopped working. I’ve had both a garage and my husband look at it and they both didn’t have a clue what the problem is. Not fuses wiring ect. Since the radio was taken out the display just flashes a random date and time. Can anyone advise me on how I can get it fixed or replaced ect. The radio model number is 9804626 xto1. I appreciate any advice and sorry I’m rather useless. Thank you

Hi
If you believe the stereo to be faulty, which I think you are saying it is, then you can get replacements here, on eBay. They will go straight in once you remove the old one, which I think you have already done.
I think the 9804(1)626xt01 is an RD45, if it's not then ensure you confirm the correct part with the seller by message before you purchase.
The only other thing to do it to get it coded to the car to remove the 'beeping through the speakers' as the replacement radio will be from a different car. You can code the radio to the car with lexia tool so finding someone with that can help.
The other option is to look through the listing of that link above for one that has been modified, or can be coded remotely with your VIN, so it doesn't need a code when put in the car. Just like this one on eBay, may just be easier for you.
