Hello fellow Citroen C3 owners. I just recently bought a 2012 Citroen C3 seduction from Japan. The sat nav is in Japanese.

I was trying to reset it using Google translate and it told me to switch off the vehicle for 10s or 10 minutes, I'm not sure.

But I think I turned it back on before the recommended time. Now the sat nav is not powering on at all.

If you've experienced this please help with the fix.
That sat nav is now just blank. Doesn't turn on. Help. It is a Panasonic Gorilla CN-GP720VD

Hello

I suggest you contact Panasonic about their potentially faulty hardware.

I don't think this is a problem with the Citroen C3.

Thank you for your response. Can you help me out with the contacts. Panasonic websites just seem to be all over the place.

Thank you. I still haven't solved my issue to date. Tried disconnecting the battery over night, checked the multifunction screen fuse, seems to be okay.
Tried a BSI reset, don't know if I did the steps correctly but still nothing on the display.

I might just take it in to the auto electrician in the next few days, last resort is to buy a whole new head unit for around $500
