2003 Pioneer deh 4500BT stereo install help needed

Audio, ICE, Speakers, Head Unit, CD, CD Multi changer. If you have a question about any Citroen C3 related Audio, then this is the place.

Please indicate if there is a Citroen CD multi-changer, drawer or cubby under the CD/Radio, if there is the Navigation unit, CD or Radio options.

Then you can use that,

but if swapping 4 and 7 over doesn't give enough power you will need to connect the power to a suitable point that is live with the ignition, like the cigarette lighter or the main engine fuse box terminal via a new inline fuse (ebay).
