Just bought a secondhand citreon c3 2003. I also bought one of those mp3 bluetooth and aux power socket things just to discover neither of the two power sockets work and many other things, having stupidly bought it from a local car auction. Not sure it's the fuse cause to my knowledge the power socket fuse also fuses the interior lights which is working fine. Or i maybe wrong? If it is the power sockets thats faulty can someone explain to me how to change them or show me a video because I've searched almost everywhere online and seen no videos specifically for citreon C3.
Thanks

Hi Honey-C3
The central tip of the cigarette lighter socket can become corroded or there may be something jammed down there. Worth a look and a clean with a sharp too before changing the socket if its not the fuse.
This topic has instructions on removing the power window switched and its the same access for the 12v power socket and the cigarette lighter socket.
I would check the fuse or even just change it, Fuse no F22 on the BSIHoney-C3 wrote:Not sure it's the fuse

(Interior courtesy lighting is unaffected when removing F22)

Hello Honey-C3.
Nice username BTW
You mentioned 2 power sockets? Any chance of posting a pic as last time I looked there was only one which makes me immediately think that someone has been playing around with the electrics.

If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence and pretend you never tried
