I have been swaping the injectors around and can confirm it was the injector in no.4 so i put a new injector in but still got the performance / cam sensor fault so i got a 2nd and rail from local scrapyard for £15 and now the engine light has gone, the car runs ok doesn't cut out anymore which is a relieve. The rpm seems to be stable about 1rpm on the dash from just short of 1.5rpm it was beforehand. Anyway I can drive my car without it cutting out so just wantto say thanks for the help and ideas. :)
