Citroen C3 Owners

I need some info on throttle body for C3 ,1.4, 8v with non bypass cold starting. Suspect some cleaning of this item is needed, any photos or diagrams will help before i get involved.

I found these, not sure if they are going to be much help. You will probably gain more information just taking the thing off yours and putting it on the bench to clean.

If you can take some pictures yourself, that would be a great addition to the forum


These are of the 1635.P6 throttle body (number 3 below).

Thanks Arfur it all helps. Looks like the garage solved this while doing the MOT. I didnt ask and they didnt say anything but it looks as if the fast idle was sticking open.
