Drain the system down from the big lower radiator connection, into a suitable container.
Remove the old one, refit the new one, use new clips for the pipes if you had to break any.
Refill the system following these tips for refilling the C3 cooling system (here). Choose to re-use the drained coolant or use fresh stuff available from (here), about 7 litres of ready mixed.
