There are 2 different parts fitted to the 1.4 petrol C3 accessory/alternator belt tensioner. One looks like the one you have on your car. Its long with a manual adjusting thread, its part number is (5706.H1 for the bracket and 5751.91 for the actual roller and bearing assembly).

and there is the automatic tensioner with part number 5751.G7 or 5751.C3 (when it changed slightly). This is the one in your picture below:

To replace the pulley wheel and its bearing as an assembly of your long bracket with manual tensioner screw, I suggest you would need one of these 5751.91 pulleys. And not the automatic tensioner that the motor factors say you need.

It looks like this
T38280 pulley tensioner citroen C3 petrol 1.4
T38280 pulley tensioner citroen C3 petrol 1.4

In fact, both the pulleys in your picture, rather unsurprisingly, have the same part number, so are identical parts. I would also suggest changing both pulleys as they have both covered the same mileage and are off the car anyway.

This is a compatible item

SNR Tensioner Pulley, v-ribbed belt GA359.83

How about this one here :) ? I would still replace those pulleys if they felt or sounded dry or rough.

Other than that for a new part, I would try the local dealer.

As for the saxo one, if its staggered and yours is flat, it won't work :( , but double check yours is not also staggered like the saxo one.
