Morning peeps,

We’ve had a Citroën C3, 1.6 petrol (2011) Exclusive Auto for best part of a year now, it was last serviced by the previous owner at 8k, its now on near on 24k so I’m thinking it’s probably due a service right about now.

Im going to do it myself but as I’ve never laid my hands on one of these beasts before so I was going to pick up Spark plugs, Oil filter, Fuel filter, Air filter, Pollen filter from Euro Car Parts, comes to less than £40, so firstly, is there anything else im missing from this list?

Does anyone have any hints or tips about replacing any of these components before I start muddling my way through? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi terry6680

Engine Oil (Total Quartz 7000) .

Does yours not have the service due indicator?
The distance remaining may be weighted by the time factor, depending on the driver's driving habits.
Therefore, the spanner may also come on if you have exceeded the two year service interval.
It shows the mileage before a service is due.

The car should have come with a service schedule and this shows what parts need servicing and at what interval. I only have access to one of those for an older model and I am not sure its current for a 2011. Do you have the service record book?
