What coolant do I need to top up my 2018 c3 with the 3 cylinder puretech engine? The coolant colour is green

The recommendation is Pink OAT coolant

The car shouldn't need topping up of the coolant for a 2018 that is being serviced, so I suggest you may have a problem.

Mixing colours is not a good idea, some mix well, some don't but if you are doing work on the cooling system then a full drain and flush is best, then refill with a single colour ([url=tips-for-any-citroen-c3-f8/citroen-c3-coolant-t40.html]pink).
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)
