March 2017, C3 Puretech FlAIR, 1.2 PETROL, 82BHP, 19000MILES, 3 cylinder
Felt underpowered since purchased at 18mth old. Now struggles up hill in 2nd. Considering changing plugs. Dealer says NGK LZKRBA1 which google cant find. NGK website doesnt even list plugs for C3 pre 2018.

Stumbled upon a Peugeot forum talking about 1.2 puretech (not sure if same engine) who said ,... Bosch ZR5 are the current recommended plugs for TURBO charged Puretech engines. AND I've just fitted Bosch 0242145535 ZR5 SPP 3320 double Platinum to mine & its cured all the running issues the NGK where causing.

We do do lots of short cold journeys round town so wonder if its just coking up on the inlet???

Any advice would be appreciated

I would recommend removing the spark plugs and inspecting them.
1) it will tell you what plugs are in there in the first place.
2) the condition of the electrodes and insulator will tell you a lot about the condition of the engine.
No point in buying new spark plugs if the old ones are OK. Spark plugs will last a long time if there is nothing wrong with the engine and they are cleaned and gapped regularly. However, platinum and iridium plugs only need to be inspected and perhaps cleaned.
However, if there was a problem with the plugs I would have expected the engine light to come on and the ECU to throw a misfire code.
In fact, if you have poor performance, I would have expected the engine light to come on any way.
I'm not familiar with the later C3's and engines but generally speaking fuel problems are the only things that don't turn the engine light on.
But have a look at the business end of the plugs first.
