Unfortunately It's a bit difficult to decode the data from your scanner. It's terminology is unfamiliar. According to my analysis, one of the sensors is not working at all. Or to put it another way the engine ECU is not receiving data from one sensor. The other sensor is oscillating between 0V and 1V.
Can you confirm which data relates to which sensor? I'm a bit confused.
What I assume is the upstream sensor reading on your scanner didn't change despite you saying the car ran better. I was confused by that. It was just "flat lined" (again). So it looks like a wiring problem as you have a brand new sensor?
You may have disturbed something to make it work for a while.
Can you run the engine, read the upstream data on the scanner and fiddle with the wiring? Monitor the voltage and see if you can get it off 0.449 Volts. Plug and unplug the sensor.
