Thanks for your explanation Ozvtr!!

I just try this morning to crank it for 15sec but it still sleeping and weak up on 2nd.

Normal I don't turn the ignition to 'off' before trying to second time.

I just communicated with a Euro car mechanic (in Australia no one want to deal with Citroen ) and I'll take it to him next week. Hope he can tell me what's wrong is it and I'll keep update in here.

I don't think it's the fuel pump in that case. Your getting 40-odd PSI at the first turn of the ignition which looks OK.

The bizarre thing is that its predictable, almost as if its by design? However it does seem related to heat. If the car is 'warm' it doesn't do it.
Have you checked the spark plugs? Clean and gap them? In the old Kettering ignition system, when the ignition switch was turned to 'start' the coil ballast resistor was bypassed to boost the spark on start up. The engine ECU might boost the spark on the second try? I'm sorry but that is just a huge guess, I can't back that up!!!! Cleaning and gaping the plugs wont hurt though. Gap should be 0.8mm, torque 27.5+/-2.5 Nm.

Good luck, please keep us informed.

I replaced the spark plug with the whole air intake clean up when it become to "hard start up" and also the coil in good condition after the test. Will wait until next week and will update again. Thanks again for any input!!
