For the oil light, first check there is sufficient oil in the engine by parking the car on level ground, engine off for a few minutes. Use the dip stick to read the oil level.
You can post a picture of the results here
Probably best not to drive it much with an oil pressure light on.

Currently not using the car it's parked up oil level is full had complete oil change with new filter aswell this last week. I've had the same problem previously with the oil pressure but on these occasions there's been around 7 times the garage has just changed the sensor but I'm wondering if this could be something else as it only stays off for around 3 weeks then comes back on

If the light comes on and the sensor has been changed and the dip stick shows oil between min and max then:
You either have a difficult electronic fault to diagnose in the wiring loom
or
The oil pump is worn out.

Hello, if you have an odd sound that could be a dry bearing or a rubbing belt. It is possible to record a minute or two of video that captures the sound only and upload it to youtube. Then link the youtube here and we can all hear it.
It may be helpful to rev the engine slightly after a minute to hear if the sound changes.
Was the full kit changed when the timing belt and water pump was changed? I am guessing it was if they did the water pump, but idler and tensioner changed too?
Cutting out. For that I would start by reading the codes, because that can speed up diagnosing engine faults. Use a cheap OBD2 reader (amazon) to read the codes stored, note them down (take clear pictures), clear all the ones that will clear, run the engine until it stalls and when you get home, read them again and list the new ones here.

Yes water pump idler and tensioner were changed at the same time I will have to wait for my brother or someone else to come as I can't rev engine and video it but will do that as soon as possible

Thanks for the video

There is a lot of tappety top end sounds, usually caused by an oil problem in the past and the cam parts are all worn out, this could be lack of oil, contaminated oil, missed oil changes and low oil pressure

There is also that rubbing sound like the cam belt covers have not been refitted correctly and the belt is rubbing on a cover.
Its interesting you had valves replaced and not had the head reconditioned (all that tappety sound).
Did the person that changed the valves hear the engine before the head came off? (The should have heard it to know what else to change) if not, at least checked everything on the head before doing any work to it. The opportunity to fit a complete recon head may have been more economical?
Why did you have the head gasket changed? Was it for the valves or did the oil get contaminated?
Has the car really only done an honest 69k miles? It sounds like is has done 269k miles.
