Sorry I'm not good with explaining the head was reconditioned the same time the valves needed replacing as 4 had bent when timing belt broke. so the head was reconditioned and valves replaced I'm not very engine savvy tbh and I have no idea. Once the head was reconditioned at the same time the water pump and tensioner was changed along with timing belt and complete oil change. This is why we are stumped as to what could be causing the issues that I'm having

Thanks, the extra information helps

it sounds like the oil is not getting to the head, this will give that tappety sound and the oil pressure warning is linked to this.

This does not sound like a reconditioned head, it sounds like a very old one that is worn out.

The cam belt cover sounds like it is rubbing on the belt.

The cam belt should not have broken at 69K miles (that you listed the engine as having), so I think there may be a problem with its history (clocked) where it had done a lot more miles than it is showing. Did you do a HPI style history check on it before buying, did you check the VIN matches the REG and look up its MOT history?

You either have a difficult electronic fault to diagnose in the wiring loom

or

The oil pump is worn out.
Or the oil pick-up in the sump is blocked.

If there are genuinely no faults stored and it is cutting out, this could indicate a battery/alternator/bad earth problem.
Diagnostics will not find everything. It will not show faults such as;

Worn oil pump.

Worn main and big end bearings,

Worn wheel bearings

Worn brakes.

It is a long list.

At the risk of adding too many cooks to spoil this broth, I hope no one minds if I add my 2 cents worth.

Valve gear tapping: Were the tappets adjusted after the head was skimmed? The TU3JP (KFV) engine has manual adjusters on the ends of the rockers. If the head was skimmed and the head gasket replaced, they will need checking/adjusting and may be the cause of the tapping noise and not oil feed.

Oil light: The engine revs at idle are not stable. Does the light only come on at idle? Or at random times? If it comes on only at idle it may have something to do with the revs. If it comes on at random times...that's a problem.

Video: The video is labelled "engine cutting out..." but you haven't mentioned that in your post. When does it cut out? At idle or when driving along?

Oil pressure: The oil pressure switch needs to be removed and an oil pressure gauge installed to check the actual pressure against spec. However I am more suspicious that low engine revs at idle might be the cause but that's just speculation. I don't have enough information.
