Hello
Happy New year
Just wondered if anyone had heard of this problem or similar issue.
Car was o.k today, until i re connected some back speakers (which could just be a coincidence?). When i went to go out tonight it would turn over, but not start and for some reason the head lights come on automatically and wont turn off unless i remove the key???. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks PJ

Its not a common problem. I would imagine the problem is not a coincidence, have you tried disconnecting the 'speaker' wiring?

It would be worth checking fuses in both the engine bay and glove box if the wiring has been shorted.

For a turn over, but not start, try the other key and if that doesn't work, use an OBD reader to see what codes you have that can point to your non start problem.
