Hi
I got the 1.4 03plate petrol model
Tonight my car decided to not want to do anything above 20mph we were in second gear foot flat to the floor I didn't notice what the revs were doing
I have had the engine management light on for a few weeks now and had a local garage check it came up with lambda sensor in bank one so I had it replace with a new on then the light came on within 2 days now with it not driving properly. We managed to get it to work again but don't want to use it incase it happens again
Any ideas what may be wrong?
my Citroen c3 problems please help

Lambda faults don't mean 'change the sensor' it does mean that the sensor has given an out of range or unexpected signal.
So, it may be due to a faulty sensor, the sensor may be damaged by a faulty engine or not a fault with the sensor at all.
Bank 1 is the first sensor and this monitors the fuelling. You may have a faulty injector giving a poor fuelling and that can bring up an error in bank 1.
Further testing needs to be done to determine the fault.
