C3 1.4 8Valve. Re the evaps selonoid fitted near the rocker cover. How can the wiring be disconected from this switch as it seems to be an all in one unit, making replacement difficult.

I don't know if you have anything special fitted but they are usually connected by a plug and the socket is part of the body of the valve.alsie2 wrote:C3 1.4 8Valve. Thanks for the pics, the one shown differs in detail from mine. I managed to cure related problem of stalling after refueling by (stand back ) spraying 3 in one oil into the valve. A bit severe but car now runs better than ever at eight years old. ( lets hope it lasts )
