engine cutting out

1.4 petrol c3, 8valve. Starts ok from cold but if i stop within 1/2 mile stalls on releasing the clutch, needs a number of restarts and throttle to get going. Once restarted will run ok all day. Any ideas anyone.

I would check for the stored error codes that should show up. Use a cheap OBD type reader.

An example of cheap OBD reader to read stored codes: KW808 Diagnostic Scanner Code Reader
