Hi, I have tried to replace the ECU and BSI, I started the car and it fire up, I have a lot of misfire and than it settle down a bit, I drove the car around the block and I notice that it stay accelerate for long bit when I realise the accelerator pedal! I have a lot of fault (nothing on dashboard) doors central lock, remote etc, but I was assuming that I would be able to sort averting out with Lexia/diagbox. I tried to connect my interface which is revision C and all I get was no dialogue in all ECUs, this scanner was working before changing BSI etc..I couldn’t live the car as it was, as I couldn’t lock the car (I have no garage) also I couldn’t drive because of the accelerator problem (throttle to be calibrate??) end still some misfire but probably it need some time for the engine’s ECU to adapt (I’m not sure about it) So I decide to put back everything, I tried to connect diagbox and I get the same as the other BSI, no dialogue in all ECU, last time that I was using DiagBox was working perfectly!! Anyway I’m stack, I’m tried to update Diagbox from 70.2 to 7.47 but nothing! Also I have tried to use a different scanner, this one is revision B which was working on this car before, but it give the same result, I have read a lot of topic about no dialogue problem but I’m still not able to sort it out………I’m running out of ideas, I did also checked the odb2 port but I can’t see anything that suggest me that is damage… Please if you are cleaver then me, help!!!! Please forgive for mistake, my first language is Italian
Lexia VCI revision C (tried B as well)
diagBox 70.2 (tried other version)

The fuel trims will take a while to settle down. Especially since the fuel trims are for a 1.1 so the car will be running rich.
Does the button in the middle of the dash lock the doors?
Try pushing the throttle peddle to the floor and turning the ignition on (but don't start the car). Then release the peddle and start the car.

Hi Ozvtr
thank you for the useful information! So you think as me, that it will settle down by adapting? I thinking if everything matching, what the point to put the same number for different engine? it wouldn't make sense... No I haven't tried the lock button, and i can't try bcose at the moment it has the original BSI&ECU. I take it out the same day for the reason that I did explain on my previous post, if can't connect my VCI (lexia) to set it up I didn't see the point to proceed with my project. Need it to work, as i have to change a lot of thing, like VIN, roof, radio is beeping, my car has 2 door but it has 4 electric windows, C2 has 2 door, 2 electric w, etc lot of staff that require DiagBox. I reinstall everything yesterday including windows, i haven't tried yet because i'm not at home, will try in the evening, (finger crossed) I will update...Again, thank you very much for your help

hi tried to connecting it, nothing, same thing, no dialogue, but it read my VIN number, i running out of ideas, that is very strange..If i'm going for elimination; cannot be the BSI, as it doing the same with both old and "new" BSI! Cannot be the scanner because I have 2 of those, C&B revision, both give the same, No dialogue, also the revision B was working in this car. Software? I have reinstall everything, including window, what i'm doing wrong? I have use Biagbox many times on this car, and also in my previews cars, plus it was working last time i use it...I did unscrew the odb socket to move it on side because it was sitting in front of the BSI connector (you don't really need to do so) i have been careful not to stress the cable etc, ...Also i tried an useless bluetooth dangle which i had, you can't do much, almost nothing, but it seams to works. At this point I don't know, what to try, I haven't got any friend who use DiagBox or have Citroen/Peugeot car to try...Really frustrating situation....

That should only get OBDII info out but, is it actually working? If it works then I have no idea.gattogiotto wrote: ↑Tue Mar 07, 2023 9:29 pm Also i tried an useless bluetooth dangle which i had, you can't do much, almost nothing, but it seams to works.
Hmm, you shifted the OBDII port?
Check for 12V at pins 1 and 16 (from those pins to chassis ground). Check the 2 grounds on pins 4 and 5 (continuity from there to chassis ground). While I don't think the Proxia (the hardware) uses power from the OBDII port, it MUST have a ground!

Hi Ozvtr thank you!!!
I think the port is working, I did reinstall windows again etc, I tried to connect, but same things, “no dialogue” in all ECUs, I close the program and open again, but this time I did try to select Peugeot in stead of Citroen, I did select Peugeot 207 with CAN bus (my is CAN bus) it read my BSI and many ECU, of course not all, as even if the car share many parts, not all are the same, for instance the power steering is completely different design…Anyway this should prove that my port is working and the problem must be the software. For my surprise I find also the RD45 radio which give me the option to change VIN (i should explore this thing before pay for vin code!) On Peugeot a 308 I find the option for the screen version C which is the one for RD45…The 207 hasn’t got this option, and many other are missing, anyway this is out of contest innit? The problem is that Lexia doesn’t work, but diagbox for Peugeot does.
i found it confusing, please tel me if i'm right! PP200 is for old Peugeot, lexis for Citroen, and diagbox for newest Peugeot, Actia is the interface …I want to show that I do my reading
I can probably set the BSI with setting from different Peugeot cars, but i'm sure that on the way i will find myself in trouble...Will be nice to have Lexia working!! Hope someone can help

I'm not really the IT guy. But I'm sure some one will will come along and help.
LEXIA is Citroen's configuration APP. Peugeot Planet (PP2000) is Peugeot's APP. The configurator launcher is DIAGBOX. Diagbox just guides you to the application you need. ACTIA is the hardware. There a number of revisions of the ACTIA too.
Some of the Peugeot models ran hydraulic power steering. So no ECU...that I know of.
You RPO number tells LEXIA/PP2000 what ECU's to expect in that car AND what revision of that ECU. Some times the Citroen RPO number doesn't line up with a Peugeot RPO. So if you use a Citroen RPO against a Peugeot car, you might get some strange things happen! If LEXIA gets the "wrong" ECU, it might not "talk" the right language to it.
Yes that's bizarre that LEXIA wont work, they are both loaded at the same time from the same Diagbox version. I could not get anything to work but V7.62 the lowest version. LEXIA runs perfectly on my 2003 C3, but won't run on my sons 2005 C4!!?? The later the car the later the diagbox revision.

Thank you bro, I got you!

Some also are electric and hydraulic, both! (Peg 307 2006) they have an electric (in stead of belt's drive one) pump to push the hydraulic oil on the steering rack! I can't remember if it has an ECU, but i think is does, but for sure useless for me

I have been using this scanner on this C3 with version 70.2 (couldent get any other to work) few month back, and it was working perfectly! Now i tried everything, i did spend hours and hours installing reinstalling nothing.... i'm very disappoint! I have all that i need to change my ECU, but the scanner decide to let me down, depressing.....
Thank you very much, yes i hope that someone could tell me how to sort this weirdo out!! I think i have read everything i could find....

I don't think you are using the right numbers.
Look >at this post<.
The RPO sequence is 5 numbers and 2 letters. Like 67890CA. You use the 5 numbers not the letters. So it becomes 67890. If it has a leading 0, you can try it with or without the leading 0. That post is talking about the "birthday" calculator NOT LEXIA. I think you need to drop the leading 0 for Peugeot's but leave it in for Citroen's, but just see which one works for you.
If you are using the 7 number sequence at the bottom of the sticker, you are using the wrong numbers!
