Hi i am new to citreon cars , i have recently purchased a c3 1.4 2005 stop start automatic to cut the cost of fuel insurance . Anyway it had a problem with passenger doors not opening, tried all the tips on here nothing worked, so i bought an ecu kit complete with clocks, Bingo doors all work from key all lights and thing work fine , all except wont turn over eco save mode showing on clock battery light flashing, bought new battery like a div no change. do i need to get the ecu programed to car with lexia ? any help well appreciated .

If you change the BSI (pictures here) and not the engine ECU, no programming with lexia will help the starting. You need a matched pair of BSI and ECU.
If you changed the engine ECU and a matched BSI from the same donor car, you will need to program the BSI with lexia (info here) to match your current configuration - in particular - the start stop charge and starter in the BSI to what the car has - as opposed to what the donor had.
